Building Design

Blackdown Equestrian are experts in bespoke design and allow for projects, often turned away by other suppliers, to be developed and created.

A combination of equestrian and building experience along with the latest CAD technology allows practical design solutions to be realised in a detailed design proposal.

As we have created thousands of designs including combination buildings (e.g. stable/garage blocks) we can provide proven design advice to ensure your design is both practical and beautiful.

Planning

We can provide professionally drawn plans of your proposed design suitable for inclusion in a planning application.

Cost for initial drawing in PDF format: £300+VAT

(This cost includes the provision for one revision prior to submission to planning)

Our in-house design office can provide specialist services to enhance the design process including basic 3D layout models in real environment situations often used for shadow studies against existing buildings.

We can also provide full realistic visualisations of the design to allow you to see the finished building before the fabrication process even begins.

Drop-In Design

Using our in-house CAD resources we can offer an initial design drop in service, this effectively allows you to visualise your initial design ideas at the earliest stage while being able to assess scale characteristics and design options and create basic 2 dimensional CAD drawings.
This proves to be a highly efficient way of progressing ideas and eliminating problems which would only appear further into the design process.
This can often be achieved in a 1-2 hour meeting.
